Cancellation Policy
Cancel before dispatch
Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched for delivery. Just message us on WhatsApp at 8328166242 or email sailajaspantry@gmail.com with your order number, and we'll cancel it and refund any amount already paid.
After dispatch — no cancellation
Once an order has been dispatched for delivery, it can no longer be cancelled. If you no longer need the order, you may refuse the delivery at your door and it will come back to us — please note this does not qualify for a refund.
Refunds on cancelled orders
For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, refunds are processed to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–7 working days for the amount to appear.
