When you place an order we collect only what we need to deliver it: your name, phone number, delivery address, and the items in your order. If you create an account, we also store your sign-in details and any delivery preferences you choose to save.

Online payments are processed by our payment partner, Cashfree. Your card, UPI or net banking details go directly to Cashfree over an encrypted connection — we never see or store your full payment details, only a confirmation that the payment succeeded.

We use your details to pack and deliver your order, to send you order updates on the contact details you gave us, and to help you if something goes wrong. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone, and we don't use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Your delivery address and phone number are shared with our delivery partner so your snacks reach you, and your payment details are handled by Cashfree as described above. Other than that, your information stays with us.

You can ask us any time to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you — including deleting your account. Message us on WhatsApp at 8328166242 (WhatsApp only) or email sailajaspantry@gmail.com and we'll take care of it.
