Goodness in every bite

My family kitchen, now part of yours

Illustrated portrait of Sailaja

I have always loved cooking, and more than anything I love making snacks and feeding my children.

One day I bought packets of snacks from a shop to feed them. The moment I tasted them myself, something felt wrong. There was too much food colour, no authentic taste and preservatives I could not even name.

That was the day I decided to make snacks at home myself, the way I had always made them for my family, and share them with other families.

Today, with the help of my son, that decision has grown into Sailaja's Pantry. I make authentic Indian snacks by hand, in small batches, with ingredients you would keep in your own kitchen.

Authentic recipes

I make traditional Indian snacks the same way they are made at home, nothing modernised and nothing shortcut.

Simple ingredients

I use nuts, pure jaggery, ghee, rice flour and fresh coconut. No artificial colours, no preservatives, no refined sugar and nothing you cannot name.

Made by hand

Every batch is cooked, cut and wrapped by hand in my own kitchen, with my son beside me.
